Sarah Aschenbach, PA-C
Born and raised at the Jersey shore, Sarah graduated from the University of Delaware in 2015 with a BS in Exercise Science and a minor in Strength and Conditioning and became a certified personal trainer. From there she worked as a personal trainer for a few years, then as a physical therapy aide. She went on to graduate from Seton Hall in 2022 with a MS in Physician Assistant studies. In her free time she is learning karate, running, and participating in Spartan Races with her husband and stepson.

Mike joined Brielle Orthopedics-Orthopedic Institute in 2021. Prior to becoming a physician assistant, Mike worked as a licensed athletic trainer in public school, collegiate, and professional settings . He received his undergraduate degree from Rowan University, as well as graduate degrees from Ithaca College and Jefferson University. Mike is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants , New Jersey State Society of Physician Assistants, and Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery. He enjoys hiking, fishing, and traveling.
Kristen Forsyth, PA-C
Kristen Forsyth, PA-C is a south Jersey native who started working at Brielle Orthopedics directly after graduating in 2014, gaining extensive training in Sports Medicine, Total Joint Replacement, Spine, and both Lower and Upper Extremity. Kristen currently works side-by-side with Dr. Nitche, specializing in Sports Medicine, in both the office and the operating room settings. Having been a nationally competitive gymnast, and high school state sectional tennis champ, she is passionate about getting patients back to sports and doing what they love.
After graduating from West Virginia University with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiciology, Kristen received her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Rutgers University, formerly known as UMDNJ. When not treating patients, Kristen enjoys spending time exercising, playing tennis, and going to the beach with her husband and two young children.
Heather Good, PA-C
Heather Good, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant who specializes in orthopedics with a focus in spine disorders. Heather primarily treats patients alongside Dr. Joseph Marsicano, both in the office and operating room.
She graduated magna cum laude from Rider University, Lawrenceville, NJ, with a B.S. in Biochemistry, while swimming 4 years on a Division I scholarship. She holds an M.S. in Physician Assistant Studies from Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, PA.
Heather has worked in orthopedics since becoming a Physician Assistant. Her experience further includes orthopedic oncology, joint replacement, and orthopedic trauma. She is a member of Physician Assistants in Orthopaedic Surgery (PAOS), American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), and New Jersey State Society of Physician Assistants (NJSSPA).
Heather currently resides in Monmouth County with her husband and 2 cats. Outside of work, she is often surfing, swimming, hiking, and skiing.
Jenn Kesil, PA-C
Jenn graduated from Lock Haven University in 1998 with a degree in Health Sciences and became a certified athletic trainer. She went onto graduate from Marywood University in 2001 with a BS in Physician studies and went on to gain a Masters degree from the University of Nebraska in 2005. Since 2001, Jenn has worked as physician assistant in a variety of settings including gastroenterology, orthopedics, general surgery, vascular surgery, cardiothoracic, plastic surgery, and ENT. She is currently specializing in sports medicine working primarily with Dr. Stamos.
Amanda Knerr, PA-C
Amanda was born and raised in Monmouth County, NJ. She graduated from Lehigh University in 2009 with a degree in Biology. She then went on to achieve a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant studies at Thomas Jefferson University, formerly Philadelphia University, in 2012. Amanda has worked primarily in Orthopedics with a focus on the spine but also has experience in Urology and Vascular Surgery.
She is a member of AAPA and board certified with the NCCPA. She is certified in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Amanda enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two girls.

Lindsay Powers, PA-C
Lindsay Powers, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant who specializes in orthopedics with a focus in upper extremity disorders. Lindsay treats patients alongside Dr. Brian Katt primarily in the office setting performing various procedures, injections, pre-operative assessments, post-operative management as well as serving as a surgical assistant in the operating room.
Lindsay earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Pace University in Pleasantville, New York after receiving her undergraduate degree in Health Science from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Lindsay prides herself on providing compassionate, high-quality care to her patients. Outside of work, she can be found spending time with her husband and their two dogs along with family and friends.
Mike Sulewski, PA-C
Mike Sulewski, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant who specializes in Orthopedics with a focus in lower extremity joint replacement. Mike works alongside Dr. Ahmed Siddiqi both in the office and the operating room. He completed his Bachelor’s degree at Ramapo College, majoring in Biology. Following this, he completed his Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Seton Hall University.
He developed an interest in medicine with the intentions of changing the lives of his patients and finds Orthopedics to be the perfect field to do so. He is also a huge sports fan, and loves that Orthopedics overlaps both of these interests. When he isn’t in the office, you can find him outside playing Golf or rooting on the Yankees, Rangers, and Seton Hall Pirates!
Kim Colasanti, PA-C

Brianna Dziedzic, PA-C
Brianna is a certified physician assistant who specializes in orthopedics. She is the physician assistant for Dr. Bogdan and works primarily with total joint replacements and performs injections for osteoarthritis. She graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology in 2016. Brianna then graduated from Arcadia University in Newark, Delaware with a Master of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant studies in 2018.
Brianna is board certified with the National Commission on Certifications of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). In her free time, she enjoys playing with her dog and spending time with family.
Amy Farmer, PA-C
Amy graduated from the University of Delaware where she received a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in sports science and exercise physiology. She then went on to the Physician Assistant program at Touro College in Manhattan where she was the president of her class and graduated in 2003.
Theresa Giammarino, PA-C
Theresa is a board certified physician assistant who specializes in orthopedic spine surgery. She primarily works with Dr. Ramil Bhatnagar both in the office and operating room.
She graduated from SUNY Downstate Medical Center Allied Health Physican Assistant program and became a certified physician assistant in 2007. Theresa also received a Master of Science from Pace University in 2012.
She joined the team in 2020 after moving to Monmouth County. Her prior experience included working in orthopedic spine surgery in Manhattan.
Matt Johnson, PA-C
Matt completed his undergraduate studies at West Chester University in Pennsylvania. From there he attended Bethel University in Tennessee where he graduated with a master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies. He joined Brielle Orthopedics in 2013 and has worked in every specialty within the practice before finding his niche in joint replacements. He now works closely with Dr. Rodricks delivering the highest quality of care for his patients.
Matt believes physical activity is one of the most important aspects of recovering from injuries and surgery. He encourages his patients to remain active and continue to push towards regaining strength and mobility. He enjoys seeing the progress his patients make as he guides them through recovery.
Matt enjoys living an active lifestyle outside of work consisting of playing soccer and exercising. He loves spending time on the water with his wife and two girls.
Steven Kestlinger, PA-C
Steven received his BS degree in Biology from CUNY Brooklyn College and then went on to complete Physician Assistant education at Bayley Seton Hospital in Staten Island. He then started practicing in Orthopedics at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York.
Steven has been board certified with the NCCPA since 1989. He has lectured at the PA national conference many times. Steven’s primary duties are assisting the surgeons both in the Operating Room and in the office. He also works in the OUCH clinic. He has been with OIBO since 2017.
Jake Lloyd, PA-C
Jake is a board-certified physician assistant who is passionate about providing patient centric care. He is a fellow of the Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery (PAOS) and member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and holds certifications in basic life support and advanced cardiac life support.
After completing a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Chemistry, and Japanese from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, he went on to obtain a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Alderson Broaddus University in Philippi, West Virginia. During his graduate studies he completed more than 2000 hours of clerkships in varying specialties including orthopedic surgery, vascular surgery, general surgery, internal medicine, and emergency medicine.
Jake grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah and moved to New Jersey for the opportunity to work at Brielle Orthopedics. Out of the office he is family-oriented and enjoys a variety of passions and hobbies including snowboarding, mountain biking, skateboarding, rock climbing, playing the drum set, and studying foreign languages.
Jill Martinez, PA-C
Jill graduated from Montclair State University in 2012 with a BS in Nutritional Sciences. She went on to attend New York Institute of Technology where she graduated in 2015 with a MS in Physician Assistant studies. Jill has worked as a PA in a variety of settings including general surgery, urology and orthopedics. She currently works primarily in ortho-spine with Dr. Tyler Kreitz. Jill enjoys traveling, DIY furniture projects and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Haley Sanders, PA-C
Haley Sanders is a board certified physician assistant who began working with the Orthopedic Institute of Central New Jersey in July of 2021. She graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Kinesiology in 2018. Haley then graduated from Monmouth University with a Master’s in Physician Assistant studies in 2021. Haley currently works in spine surgery as well as hip and knee replacement surgery.
Kelly Leddy, PA-C
Kelly Leddy, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant who specializes in Orthopedics, with a focus in Joint Replacement, Trauma, and Fracture Care. She joined Brielle Orthopedics in 2018 and has worked in nearly every subspecialty within Orthopedics before joining forces alongside Dr. Gregory Roehrig, who she primarily works with both in the office and operating room.
Kelly earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Weill Cornell Medical College at Cornell University in New York, New York after spending time conducting Pediatric Orthopedic Clinical Research at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Prior to this, Kelly received her Bachelor of Arts in Public Health and her Master in Health Sciences in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.
At Johns Hopkins, Kelly was a member of the Women’s Varsity Soccer Team, who would go on to appear in the NCAA tournament every year during her tenure and, during her senior year, she would help lead the Blue Jays to be the top nationally ranked team. Kelly’s athletic career would be the driving force behind her passion of Orthopedics. To this day, Kelly enjoys an active lifestyle outside of work consisting of soccer, along with other sports and activities, and appreciates spending time with her family, including her dog.
